Green Tea Weight Loss

Recent studies documented in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition concludes that the consumption of green tea increases the metabolism which oxidizes fat and does so without raising the heart rate. This is good news for those concerned with consuming anything that may increase their heart rate and could cause cardiac distress.

To expand energy without increasing the heart rate may be extremely beneficial for those who can't exercise or only can do so moderately. This is a much prefered method than consuming the typical over the counter diet aids laden with artificial stimulants.
